Steal her Style - the great use of wardrobe staples.

Nothing gets my pulse racing like the good use of a few wardrobe basics, so when I saw the beautiful images of Karolina Kurkova sporting such simple casual daytime style in Cannes, wearing simple white cropped jeans, grey sweater and nude pumps, faith was restored in the neutral colour palette that is my summer wardrobe!

Such a simple look and so easy to steal no matter what your budget, a fail safe option for a trip into town or the school run and we all know the benefits of a having a pair of nude heels in our wardrobe for their leg lengthening ability, but a pair of nude flats will also make a great addition to your footwear collection, they will work with any summer outfit just as your black ballet pumps work for chillier  days.

Steal her Style - High Street v High End.

Dune Ballet Pump £45. John Lewis Sunglasses £10. Fiorelli Grab Bag £89. NW3 Jumper £59. Phase Eight white cropped jeans £55

Lanvin Ballet Flats £325. Rayban sunglasses £165. MIH Paris cropped jeans £145. Crumpet Cashmere Sweater £255. Chloe Paraty Bag £1,145

Will you be rocking white jeans this summer?

  1. My white jeans are in the wash as we speak!! Love this post and the high end stuff. That Crumpet jumper is a wow. I always go high end with bags, shoes, cashmere jumpers but the rest I buy high street. I still haven't done my wardrobe xx

  2. I love this look. And although I am tempted to be on the lookout for white jeans, I probably won't buy simply because it is far too hot here in the summer for jeans. I am, however, on the lookout for the perfect pair of white slacks for the office.

  8. After a lot of searching I have found a pair of white jeans which do not give me the dreaded camel toe effect. And I am looking forward to wearing them with one of my many grey jumpers too.

  10. Love this post honey

I recently bought a new pair of white 7/8 jeans which ofcourse are full length on me!

The phase 8 jumper looks even nicer than the high end one

    Jools xx

  11. I've always stayed clear of anything white barring t-shirts but lately, I'm loving white jeans more and more. In fact, I'm thinking of ordering a pair online. I like how Karolina Kurkova wore hers. So simple. So chic.
