I tried on a gorgeous dress (first pictured below) in French Connection whilst shopping at Bluewater on Monday and it was only the purchase of a rather expensive pair of sunglasses that stopped me racing back to the checkout with blush coloured dress in hand, something that I have regretted every day since! The good news is, along with some other amazing bargains, the dress is in the online sale and I am only writing this post to take my mind off of adding it to basket.
French Connection is the favourite shopping destination of my middle daughter and many a student loan has been squandered in there over the last three years and often with my encouragement, as she texts me pictures of her in the changing room of the Colchester branch, and the summer season offerings offer as much temptation as ever whether you are looking for an outfit for Ascot, a summer wedding or a few stylish pieces to stick in the suitcase for a spot of vacation glamour!

What a lovely selection of dresses, and I can understand why it's difficult not adding that dress to your basket:) I'm on the lookout for an summer evening dress, nothing very dressy but something flowy chiffon:)

Love your choices - first one is my fav. I have always been a huge fan of FC. Their fit is great though the prices have gone a bit ££ in recent years so I always have a splurge at sale time. Hope you have a lovely weekend, Avril x
ReplyDeleteThat's one thing I need plenty of - summer dresses. I might just order online as I can't face the crowds. At least it's not too bad trekking up to the post office to return the items if they don't fit.

ReplyDeleteOh I am itching to go shopping but getting our kitchen sorted has to be the priority right now. Lack of funds is driving me nuts. Plus when we moved recently the amount of clothes we both have was obscene. In my defence some are years old, but still so lovely although over here with the hot humid weather I hardly wear them. But couldn't possibly let them go!

I never bought anything on FC I don't know if they ship international and if is worth (sometimes the pieces are less expensive than the shipping fees)
