Valentines Date Night Look

Linea Chiffon Spot Print Blouse £50. Kaliko Ponte Black Skinny Jeans £69. Lulu Guinness Clear Lips Clutch Bag £245. Michael Kors Sexy 2 Sensation Nail Laquer £15. Mikey Heart Cocktail Ring £19.50.Tom Ford Black Orchid 50ml £70. Steve Madden Ankle Strap Sandals £65.

Table booked for Friday night, or perhaps your partner is about to surprise you? Whichever way you choose to spend Valentines night, there is absolutely no point leaving your outfit to chance which is why I have chosen something suitable for any scenario from a night at the cinema with a bag of popcorn, to a romantic meal for two in the classiest of restaurants.

Outfit options can be a tricky one for the more mature romantic, but luckily you can get everything you need at House of Fraser, from heels to nail polish and you don't have to wear your heart on your sleeve (literally) to look the part.

Subtlety is key, so my outfit of choice would consist of wearable separates that could become an integral part of my wardrobe with a dash of red, an investment clutch, a squirt of my favourite Tom Ford evening fragrance, a pair of killer heels and I'd be good to go.

What will you be wearing out on Friday night?

  6. We don't really do Valentines but if we did this is the sort of thing I'd go for - love skinnies and a blouse with heels! I think I'm more of an 'immature romantic' though! xx

  7. We don't do Valentines, but if I did, I'd probably go for a lace LBD which I find both romantic, classy and slightly sexy :) IRL I'll probably enjoy a glass of rosè cuddled up on the sofa in my velvet track pants and cahsmere cardigan.

  10. I like the look of those Kaliko ponte skinny jeans...wonder what the fit is like? We had a Valentine's lunch yesterday and I dug out a dress for the occasion - tho ended up back in jeans and boots for the school run! Ax
